- How much water do I need?
Be active
- Sitting is overated. Get up now (if you are able to), move around.
- Walking is underated.
- I don't enjoy running, is that ok?
- How about cycling and swimming?
Embrace Nature
- Green space is good for me.
- Too far from here? Oh...but then I can ride a bicycle!
